James - I had to train a client around this time so I didn't have access to the blender I would normally use. Instead I put the dry ingredients into a zip cocktail lock bag and the other ingredients into the shaker and a plastic container. Because I didn't have the blender I actually ate most of this 'shake' and drank the rest of it. Energy levels are just like normal, it's just the abundance of time that seems to be an issue!
Take 3d motion multi directional the things that interest you. Are they typical mens' interests - sport, hobbies like fishing or model making, that sort of thing? Do they figure largely in your conversation? Have previous attempts with women failed because you talked about what interests you without finding out what interests them?
Wonderfully, the remainder of the week we had no plans whatsoever and each morning casually decided what we would do for the next few hours. No stress, no phones, no technology, no traffic, no rushing around. Simply the constant caressing breezes and soothing sounds of the Atlantic waves to relax us, stimulate our senses and soothe our souls.
All protein comes from either plant or animal sources, even the protein in supplements. Proteins from drinks rotational animal-based sources are complete proteins. These do not only include meat and poultry, but do include eggs and dairy products. Plant proteins lack some of the amino acids in animal-based proteins, making them incomplete. Soy protein is the only complete plant-based source, and is a common substance for protein supplements.

Ice machine. There is ice in nearly every cocktail. Piddly ice-cube trays will not hack it when the drink orders come rolling in. Even a small ice machine will expedite the drink making process.
